The 3rd Lao National Urban Forum (LNUF 2024) convened in December 2024 in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR, bringing together a diverse array of stakeholders to deliberate on advancing sustainable urban development. Centered on the theme “SDG Localization: Partnering with Youth for Achieving SDGs,” the forum underscored the vital role of collaborative efforts in addressing urban challenges and promoting inclusive, resilient, and sustainable cities. The event was jointly organized by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, UN-Habitat, and the National University of Laos, reflecting a strong institutional commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue and partnerships.
