Under the project “Building resilience of urban populations with ecosystem-based solutions in Lao PDR”, a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) was conducted on 27-29 June 2022 in Champasak, Savannakhet and Bolikhamxay provinces. The TNA aims to identify knowledge gaps and assess training needs related to climate change adaptation and ecosystems-based adaptation. It sets the baseline for capacity assessment criteria and determines the best learning methodologies.
