The terminal evaluation report, part of the Adaptation Fund project “Enhancing climate and disaster resilience in Lao PDR,” assesses the project’s performance from design to completion. It synthesizes achievements, results, and lessons learned, with a focus on gender and human rights. The evaluation used desk reviews, surveys, and interviews to cover criteria such as relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact outlook, sustainability, coherence, and cross-cutting issues.
